A proposal for the St Solomon School Furnishing and Infrastructure Project was received in March 2021. The school which caters for poor children from the local area needs to purchase classroom furniture and resources, computer lab hardware, pave a pathway on the campus and increase the security of the campus by the erection of a high wall. The total cost of the project is approximately $20,000.
The project will benefit the current 230 students at the school and the expected increased roll numbers in coming years. The project is expected to begin in August when funding is received from De La Salle College, Revesby Heights (NSW) and St John’s College, Dandenong (VIC) supplemented by funding from La Salle College, Bankstown (NSW) if required.
