Lasallian Foundation EOFY Appeal

Give a Child a Place to Learn

Imagine trying to LEARN WITHOUT A DESK. Imagine sitting on the floor or balancing your books on your knees in a class of 55 students.

Unfortunately, this could become the reality for many students at La Salle Technical Secondary School in Hohola, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

For over 50 years, La Salle has stood as a beacon of hope, educating youth from some of the most marginalised communities in the city’s settlements. Now, with student demand at an all-time high, eight new classrooms are under construction — but there’s a critical missing piece: furniture.

We urgently need your help to furnish these new classrooms and give 440 students the dignity of a desk and a chair.

Unfortunately, this could become the reality for many students at La Salle Technical Secondary School in Hohola, Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.
